We believe in blind cupping our coffee samples before reviewing cost or origin details. The cup speaks first. Flavour, balance and clarity matter more than price points or marketing stories.
Our import partners only source coffees that are ethically traded and purchased above the minimum Fairtrade benchmark — often well above market price — because the people behind the crop matter as much as the crop itself.
