Returns & Refunds Policy

At Belter Blends, we want you to love your coffee. If something’s not right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Please read the information below regarding returns, refunds and replacements.
Food & Perishable Goods
As coffee is a food product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product has been opened but you believe it is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will assess the situation fairly.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@belterblends.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Or an appropriate resolution
We may require the product to be returned in some cases.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the coffee has been opened.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.
Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow:
- Up to 5 working days for processing
- Additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction
